If there is a need for repairs, help is on the way as quickly as possible. The outside improvements are so lovely! Katie seems to involve the children in activities to help them have pride in High Pointe. The added touch of being on Facebook helps to keep the lines of communication open and up to date. My only sadness was not getting to work with her.
